maul

the great golden maul on
the plain of dura pounds

empires are beat into civilizations
organizations of force
force equals mass times acceleration
same then, same now

by edict, the leader hammers
another blow for forceful tyranny

yes, there are fowl parliaments
and toga-dressed clerks
gathered on the hills of mars
still the pounding continues

and special things like they
have in iceland

oh, those are a lucky few
minding their own business
pretty much

not out with a two-ton maul
up against a neighbor's stone hut

no siree
none of that there in iceland

but here - we got the leader
brandishing a 6-ton maul
all around the place

earth this planet this watery
rock gyrating in 12 vectors

do a jump - find out if
it's possible to
make up and down sense of
our earthly axis
setting aside duality
forking random loops

part 2

the linear thoughts now
allude to a curve much like
an almond

alone and along for the ride
heard aloud amending the riffs

among the angels
angles to the anode and cathode of
dangling unbalanced dogma
spill gallons of ink into
the glades

our pine cone glands
gleam green

time's golden gnome steady
as the northern ladle
legal compass rose

simple to taste like a lemon
tall as a lodge pole
in the lounge of mount tamalpais

lunge! lunge out of
the mangled medals soft as melons
when the kinetic modal state
of hot lead becomes your tube's
video demo model case study

make a new mould on
the mound where st michael's fires
light the start of spring

make a nomad's nudge seem like
it's not there. the hint in
the plain of dura

a golden maul 60 qubits tall
and 6 qubits of breadth

some humdinger!
hint hint.

where will the maul pound next?
asia africa europe americas
oceania poles or luna above

the unknown knows it knows.

Daniel 3:1

Nebuchadnezzar the king made an image of gold,
whose height was threescore cubits,
and the breadth thereof six cubits:
he set it up in the plain of Dura,
in the province of Babylon.
