Smicky Zengen went to see Lord Mudigglus to buy a Tivesterlarc for his mathesseligan archetype.  This delighted Lady Seis Shincybal so much that she asked Mr. Trattsuefiro to accompany her to the opera by Hank Tchator Phyl.  Things got complicated thereafter.

Olan Omerverf had an eye for Lady Seis Shincybal and her racycenzaric - a most funny-looking camel from an oasis in the Sahara.  "Oh, town, hi there," it would bellow as it thoreadorshed here and there.

Count Orpaph O'socke was not amused.  The bellowing made him increase his dose of Esmenpostrin, a protein derived from muskmelons and smelling of summer-ripe lemons.  Chemists from Switzerland discovered that the active ingredient was doxidingramsic, a potent isomer of eresmilexplene.

Patent battles soon formed around doxidingramsic.

A firm in Foster City south of South San Francisco had used uorehahomple as a precursor in the manufacture of doxidingramsic instead of arskinferold.  Nobody had expected that on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Prices did a dingle-dangle dance for weeks as the lawyers from Pingratexatt, LLC fought their way all the way to SCOTUS to establish patent rights.

Brandy Nixian led the Pingratexatt team.  She had successfully argued before the Court half-a-dozen times and lost only twice.  Her nemesis, Ms. Iturn A. Harypoly, knew some tricks too.  Harypoly brought in Morrisgetfutc to testify as to the secret process used in the gathering of the precursor doxidingramsic from silk worms' dung.

Judge Licky Willitu was impressed.  He had never heard such fuggletonyan vocabulary used in a High Court.  It reminded him of the rcussiscreer legal tactic once used in the impeachment proceedings against Governor Dentulaspacc.

In the end, nothing was resolved.  Mrs. Herysomphyps, the jury manager of the Patent Trial of the Century got the jury hung over, so Judge Licky Willitu declared a mistrial.  The Patent remained in the sweaty hands of one Ermapoidilfu, an obscure Green New Deal Dealer of silkworm dung from a distant, far away land.

to the very few who have most of the good stuff

I propose the metaphor of grafting fruit trees

and get a dilemma solved:

when all its seeds can bloom in its duff
